Payment & Terms.

Rewards are calculated and paid as follows:

1. 5% 1st year
2. 2.5% 2nd year
3. Anniversary dates are determined by the date of 1st order.
4. Rewards can be paid as credits or 1099 income
5. Rewards are paid monthly as the account exceeds $500
6. Payment is not due at the first of the month but is typically made prior to the beginning of the next month.

Terms

You (referee) agree that You are solely responsible for any and all tax obligations, if any, due to all taxing authorities arising from or in connection with Your participation in any Crigital Offerings including the Referral Program.

You acknowledge that Your entitlement to any compensation with respect to any referred account activity is subject to change at any time, with or without cause and without notice and furthermore Crigital is not liable for errors in compensation and is not responsible for reporting revenues generated by your referral.

As an referee you are an independent contractor and not an employee of Crigital Media.

As an referee you acknowledge that the ownership of the referred account is solely that of Crigital.

As an referee you are not to be involved in the day to day activities or in anyway a liaison between Crigital and the referred account.

BE ETHICAL - You agree to abide by the following code of ethics:

You the referee shall not receive referral rewards for work performed if you are employed by the company you are referring or if it is against any existing non compete agreement you have with your company or in anyway unethical. Crigital does not knowingly pay rewards in this way.

You the referee shall not be employee in the business of the referral account or professional activity in which the referral account would consider payment of referral rewards to be unethical or in conflict of interest.

You the referee shall not offer or provide any interest, financial or otherwise, direct or indirect, to the business of the referring account.

You the referee shall not offer any referral account compensation in any way for the purpose of influencing the recipient to purchase products and services from Crigital

Compliance with Laws

You the referee, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents and representatives, and the conduct of Your business, Your performance under any engagements with any account referred to Crigital, and Your use of any Crigital Offerings shall comply at all times with all applicable federal, state, provincial and foreign laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, judgments and decrees.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Crigital and Crigital Related Parties, and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors and representatives for and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, interest, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that directly or indirectly arise out of or are based on any unethical behavior or failure to comply with the governing laws.
